About 20 years ago, Me and a Post graduate batch-mate drove all the way from Chennai to Davangere to “collect Journal articles” for our Thesis. Today, all a post graduate needs, to collect articles, is a computer and an internet connection. (and maybe a credit card 🙂 )
The problem we have today is not lack of information, but an abundance of it. It is impossible to read every bit of information that arrives on our screen.
Having a very clear idea of what our goals are and looking ONLY for information that aids in achieving those goals is an art that we must learn. The best in any field have already learnt how to do this.

Ignore everything else.
